Curriculum
SSVV has adopted the distinct features in the academic program, in lieu of the National Education Policy 2024.
Pre-Primary (Nursery - Senior Montessori)
Thematic & Activity Based Learning
From birth until age 5, a child’s brain develops more rapidly than at any other time. A child’s experiences in these early years directly affect how the brain develops, with a long-term impact on the child’s health and ability to learn and succeed in life. In the pre-primary classes, the school strives to create a well-rounded and holistic curriculum that nurtures and stimulates young learners to ensure their academic and personal development. We formulate the curriculum to foster students through interactive play-based learning and a motive to engage students in both structured and unstructured activities, nourishing the development of gross and fine motor skills, social skills, creativity, and multisensory experiences.- We are educating the children through a combination of activities rooted in both the Montessori Method and the Playway method.
- We make sure that we present our students with age-appropriate learning experiences at every stage of their development.
- A strong focus will be maintained on developing communication and handwriting skills in students from an early age.
- We regularly train our teachers to meet the social, emotional, and intellectual needs of our young students.
Primary School (1st - 4th)
Discovery-Driven Learning
The Primary program at SSVV offers a dynamic blend of academic excellence and holistic development, serving as a crucial bridge between early childhood education and higher levels of schooling. This phase builds invaluable interpersonal skills and lays the groundwork for future success. Our curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs of our students, embracing a hands-on approach that encourages active learning and personal exploration.- With a focus on conceptual understanding, we aim to prioritize the cultivation of creativity, communication, critical thinking, and collaboration, instilling essential values and positive attitudes in our students.
- Through thematic learning experiences, interactive sessions, and engaging activities, we aim to ignite curiosity and passion for learning in every child.
- Our school utilizes technology labs and smart classrooms to complement traditional teaching methods. Opportunities for project work, group discussions, and mass communication exercises empower students to express themselves confidently and develop essential teamwork skills.
- Additionally, we enrich student’s general awareness through activities such as analyzing newspaper articles, participating in quizzes, and solving brain teasers.

Aptitude Finding Approach
In the transition phase from primary to secondary education, SSVV focuses on preparing its students for the challenges of life beyond high school along with their academic development.
